1. General Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through our website or via direct communication with Colina Rojo Travel.
By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

2. Cancellation Terms for Airport Transfers

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as vehicles and drivers are already assigned.
In case of a “no-show” (when the passenger does not appear at the pickup point), no refund will be issued.

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to adjust your service without any additional cost, depending on vehicle availability.

3. Cancellation Terms for Tours

For daily tours or multi-day packages, cancellations made 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the tour may receive a 50% refund.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour.

4. Refund Procedure

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
If payment was made via credit card, please note that your bank’s processing time may affect when the refund appears on your account.

For bookings paid in cash or via bank transfer, refunds will be issued to the same account or person who made the original payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider; posting delays are possible.
Contact your bank to confirm processing times.

6. Modifications

If you wish to change the date, time, or destination of your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs depending on vehicle type and distance.

7. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, strikes, or political events).
In such cases, we will offer an alternative service date or a full refund at the customer’s choice.
