1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

and the Customer, who books or purchases a transfer or tour service through the website or via online communication channels.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of both parties in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
It covers online purchases, bookings, and payments made through hagiasophiatravel.com or any digital medium operated by the Seller.
3. Service Details
The services offered include but are not limited to:
- Private airport transfers (Istanbul Airport & Sabiha Gökçen Airport)
- City tours and sightseeing packages across Turkey
- Tailor-made travel consultancy services
All details regarding service type, duration, pricing, and schedule are provided on the website or through direct communication before payment.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely via Morpara Virtual POS over an SSL-encrypted connection.
Customers can pay using valid credit or debit cards.
Once payment is successfully completed, an email confirmation and electronic receipt will be sent to the customer.
The Seller is not responsible for additional charges applied by the customer’s bank (currency conversion, international transaction fees, etc.).
5. Delivery of Services
As this Agreement concerns intangible tourism services, delivery is considered complete once the reservation is confirmed and the service is performed at the scheduled time and place (e.g., transfer or tour execution).
6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
Customers have the right to cancel their reservation at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalty and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours or after the scheduled time are non-refundable.

7. Refund Conditions
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds may take additional time depending on the customer’s bank processing speed.
8. Obligations of the Parties
Seller Obligations:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding all services.
- Execute confirmed bookings on time and in accordance with the agreed terms.
Customer Obligations:
- Provide accurate personal details during booking.
- Be present at the confirmed pickup point on time.
- Comply with Turkish laws and regulations during the use of services.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with Turkish law, and the Istanbul (Fatih) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
All customer data is protected under KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law of Turkey) and GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation).
