Welcome to Colina Rojo Travel (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional tourism and transportation services including:
- Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) private transfers
- City tours and daily excursions across Turkey
- Tailor-made travel and tourism consultancy services
All services are operated in accordance with Turkish travel agency regulations under TÜRSAB License No. 16602.
3. Booking & Confirmation
All reservations can be made directly through our website or by contacting us via email or phone.
Currently, bookings can be made free of charge, and payment is made after confirmation or upon service delivery.
Once Akbank Virtual POS is integrated, customers will be able to make secure online payments via our SSL-certified system.
Reservations are confirmed via email or WhatsApp after all required details (name, contact, date, and destination) are submitted.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Euro (€) or Turkish Lira (₺) unless stated otherwise.
Prices include driver, vehicle, fuel, and tax unless explicitly noted.
Any additional service requested by the customer may be subject to extra charges.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled transfer or tour will be fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable, as operational costs and allocations will have been confirmed.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of booking.
Failure to appear at the scheduled pick-up point without prior notice will result in the booking being marked as “no-show” and no refund will be issued.
7. Company Responsibilities
We guarantee professional, safe, and timely service.
However, we are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, traffic, or airport security delays.
8. Liability
Colina Rojo Travel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, delays due to traffic, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
9. Data Protection
We process all customer data in compliance with GDPR and Turkish KVKK regulations.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Istanbul (Fatih).
